Default Speedometer Flickers

Has anyone ever experienced their speedometer flicker in and out? I just brought new alternator in May. Battery is brand new too. I took the cluster apart hoping to find bulbs
But the only bulbs I saw was for the turn singals. So I think their LEDS, I could be wrong.
I just don't know what to do at this point. Almost forgot, when the AC is on the RPMS jump
To like 2000 RPM. Any suggestions insight would be greatly appreciated.
