I'm pretty sure any one that has one had it custom made.

Ive done one.... well at least a pic walk through.

This is not that hard. All you need to do is have and idea and do some research, and be a little mech. inclined.

Here is a pic step by step...

There is tons of tape here. Be sure you overlap the layers of tape as to not let the resin get in your trunk. The tape will let you pull out your hardened fiberglass shell.

this is just one layer of fiber glass mat. This is a crucial step. Be sure to use enough resin to have the "shell" be strong enough to be pulled out of the car without cracking.

Thisa is after about 4 layers of mat and resin. The outside edges are trimmed to fit for a better "smoother" look.

If you notice the rectangle, this is a piece of wood to attach my wire connector to.

As seen here. It is inset.

Here is the support ring of ply. It was made from the dimensions, rough cut, then sanded round.
The blue fabric is a very lightweight sheet i used to strech over the box for the lid. I WOULD NOT start with center when attaching the fabric. Start by hot glueing to your shell and pulling tight, THEN go ahead and cut out the center of the hole and attach to your ring.

This is after all extrior coats of fiberglass. Ass you can see, there are actually two wooden rings. This is to achieve an "inset" look.

Add some carpet, use black because it was super cheap.

And wa-la, a fully sealed kick a$$ custom enclosure.
