Default Red Wire, Blue Wire.....Kaboom!!!

HELLO i have a 2005 Maxima bose no navi, so i just took apart the rear panel to get to my 8" speakers so i can tap into the wires and use my convertor box so i can have rca's to hook up my amp.....well i am super confused onto which wire i cut into. Please help thanks bro's as u can see i added some pics ALSO u see that wire in the last foto hangin by itself wat is that thanks again

I think the connector is for a satilite radio hook up i think if you had that option

Pull the cover off the speaker by the magnet. I always tap into those almost directly by where they hook into the speaker connection or trace them back to the other plug.

I dont know if this helps but you can try it looks like the black is neg, the white is pos, and the yellow is 12V

He's saying he grabs the signal from the speakers, right at the plug that goes into the speaker.

yea i wish it was dat easy bro but if u look at my first pic u will see there is a few wires going in there

u know wat sucks man is dat every wiring diagram skips over the two factory subs we have in the back..... but yes this helps alot i am gonna make a sticky of this when im done for future reference

Isn't there only an amp attached to the one sub...can you get to the wires on the other
one?

i got 2 factory 8" subs in the rear deck and one amp in between however theres so many wires going everywhere its ridiculous and each sub has like 5 wires going into ITS NUTTY MAN straight up NUTTY

my cadillac deville had one 12" factory sub and it was so easy to do this wtf!!!!!!!!!!

alright pros guys and gals so i stayed up till 4am last night and i got it figured out ... each speaker has a black and white wire going into it so i tapped inthose now i saw the write up for routing the power wire yaya for a good time on that but can someone PLEASE show what bolt my ground wire is suppose to go to those damn tabs in our trunks our HORRIBLE to get off wtf!!!!!!

Best ground is to scrape the paint and ground right to the floor with a bolt/nut. Just make sure you get under the car and make sure yu don't drill through anything BUT the floor. The spare tire well is a good spot.

Hey i got a 04 Maxima Se with bose system w/o navi and i found this post and hoping that someone could help me out. what happenned was i accidently unhooked the 5 wires from the male part in the adapter that goes into the small amp box under the black cover( with BOSE sticker on it) which goes on the passenger rear sub. I would really appreciate if someone had a picture of how its originaly connected or some that know which color goes to which.
