What type of out put are you looking for? If you want massive bass you need a ported box. It will have to be big, probably over 2 cubic feet.

I'd say go with the zen closure or atrend b box series, that's what I use for installs at my job and they're honestly the best built pre fab boxes I've ever come by

Who told you that? Whoever said that was lying, I've been using those enclosures for 4 years now and have always been my favorite for pre fab boxes, specially since you're only running 12" cvrs I think the sealed bbox will fit you perfect and it doesn't take alot of space, I guarantee you won't be disappointed BUT it's about preference in the audio world so go with what you feel is best

LOLLLL I'd love to see that statement be proven, I ran 2 15"s p3's in a sealed atrend a few years ago and the box just say back and laughed! Haha no but seriously that's just silly I highly doubt he blew those boxes specially with those subs

kk.. so quick reseaching update. The Zen enclosure box is ideal. they provide 1.07 cubic ft of volume per chamber. Kicker CVR12's require 1 cubic ft min. and the sub itself displaces .07 cubic ft. of space. Making it a just right match up lol.. gonna order one soon as i get paid.

If ur handy and had the tool i personally would make a box. U can make it fit exactly were you want it. Total cost with mdf, glue, screw, carpet, spray adhesive probaly be around 40 bucks. It really aint that hard

Ive been trying to get my car to hit hard forever I dont have enough air space for the Big Bang , or at least Ive never had as little luck trying to get it. I think youll have to Port the trunk With PVC pipes or something to achieve it especially with a ported box. Reason for my answer is when i crack the front windows two inches i see at least a 1/4 beter bass response, very noticeable smoother bass.
