Default 07 Maxima Bose Removing To Install Adapter

Hi,

I need your all advice who have done this. Not sure if this has been posted before, but if yes, I apologize for asking.

I have 07 Maxima with 6CD Changer Bose Stereo. I bought an adapter yesterday to use the USB, Aux, and iPod.

How can I remove the Bose stereo to install this adapter?

I have attached couple pictures how the dash looks.

Please let me.

Much Appreciate. Thanks

thank you....I tried to pull the chrome part but the two fans cover on side also comes out with it...its one single piece, the whole cover from left center fan to right center fan. Now I am stuck at the bottom of it (just below where the bose stereo ends), below chrome portion (fans ac controls) is a separate piece.

You were mentioning about the guide posted somewhere here, I couldn't find it, if anyone can tell me or post the link of the thread, that will be great!!

thanks

which brand and model was it the usb adapter?
i bought one from Grom, and the USB didnt work properly when you have multiple songs in different folders and have 100s of songs in those. I had nearly about 4k songs in USB but it could only read 6-7 folders, and no next track skip was working.
