Default 07 Max Bose (Non Navi) Audio

Hello all Merry Christmas, Sorry for making another one of these threads. I've looked at them all and Yeah.

I got a gift I can't quite afford to install, Pioneer AVH-P4300dvd

What I want is,
Nird 01 http://www.amazon.com/Metra-Vehicle-...=3P80DLI9Y38N3

Steering wheel control, one place wanted to charge me $130 for this lol Amazon.com: Metra Axxess ASWC Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface (Black): Automotive

Antenna adapter, Amazon.com: Metra 40-GM10 GM Antenna Adapter: Car Electronics

What else do I need any links? line out converter? For now I'm gonna keep my stock Bose speakers. Can't afford new ones at the moment.
One place said they would have to chop my stock wires and rewire it or some shit. I don't think so. Anyways quotes I got where $300 to $500 to Install a fucking new HU lmao.. So I'm planing on doing this my self all info you can give me for this will be very appreciated. @1hawaii50

You have to be careful using the Bose speakers, I think they are 1 ohm. As far as steering wheel controls just get the PAC for Pioneer stereos, it should be around 70.00.

Do not pay $300 to get it installed, all you need is the wire plug adapter, and antenna adapter to get it running. Those 2 adapters shouldn't be more than $15 for both.

Well I want to do this myself, steering wheel control will cost me $40 or $50 off amazon, Nird $130. antenna adapter $9

What's wire plug adapter any link?

Also anything on, line out converter? so I don't blow any thing.

I know speakers are 1ohm and new HU is like 4ohm , installation instructions said don't use 1ohm lol that's why I'm inquiring about this line out converter

The NIRD-01 will have all of your power and speaker connections in addition to VSS, Reverse, and Parking brake. For the signal from the head unit to the bose amp, you want to use the low level(RCA) outputs of the head unit. Take an RCA cable and cut it in two, strip the wire back, and splice into the speaker connections on the NIRD-01 for the front and rear.

Parts list:
  1. Aftermarket head unit
  2. Dash kit
  3. NIRD-01
  4. Antenna adapter
  5. Steering wheel control interface
  6. RCA cord to cut
  7. Crimp connectors
  8. Red scotch locks

When working with the resistors that you have to install for the steering wheel controls, it is easier for me, to solder a short length of wire to each one.

Well I'm either gonna have gf return the HU or I'm gonna replace all the Bose speakers. Which is gonna take time buying shit and saving money.

I'm trying to be cheap by keeping Bose because I just bought a cat back exhaust, new tips and 5 piece spacer kit. I wasn't prepared to do audio yet.
Nice gift though

Wiring harness with amp integration, antenna adapter and dash kit. That's it. My HU has a remote so I didn't need the steering wheel control thingy.

All plug and play. You probably do need a dash kit. I believe your Bose is a double din size. If you install it without it you'll have an open hole. The dash kit should fill that with a pocket. Check out a Metra 99-7421.

You do need a dash kit. I had this same model and it's sitting on my "FOR SALE AREA" waiting for a new home. LOL

When I upgraded to the AVIC-Z130BT, the hand controls no longer worked. I could probably have them taken out and ship them out to you but you can prob get them quicker from the sources you have listed earlier.

That would work if you were not useing the NIRD-01. The plug that adapter uses is also used by the NIRD-01. You can not plug both in at the same time.
