Default Vibration Under Load Between 70-80 MPH

Like I stated It vibrates under load only pretty bad, for the last week is making that clicking noise(like if it was a CV joint) only when I turn left or Right it does not matter I lifted the car and there is no Play on the wheel, the driver side wheel did have some play 3-9 o'clock, I went ahead and replaced the outer tie rod and the play is gone but the problem persist, the CV booths are in perfect condition, so I doubt that is the issue, I do see the caliper moves quite a bit, but I thing they are floating calipers car has only 42K miles, I am replacing the other tie rod tomorrow. the noise increases with speed on the passenger side. could the tie rod cause this?

Stock brakes? Hub bearing? Could be the pads are locked up?

*stock brakes
*stock suspension
*no humming or scraping or wheel play to be a bearing
*wheel moves freely so I doubt locked up

While the boots seem fine have you felt the joints? Any chance they came out within the boot without tearing?

That axle has too much play. Replace Axle as well as axle seal.
Since you have an axle seal leaking it woud be wise to check your tranny fluid level.
