It's not just the size of the wheel that makes the difference between rubbing or not. You need to let us know what you're dropped on and what your wheel offsets and tire sizes are.

With that combo you MIGHT be okay, IF you rub anywhere it'll more than likely be on the rear fender liner where the rear bumper meets the fender. This part of the fender liner sticks out towards the wheel and is where many people rub. I don't think you'll need to roll your fenders, but you may have to trim the liner. Only way to tell is to just try them on. If you really want to see if you'll rub, put the wheel/tire on and drive that corner up an angle (I usually park parallel to a driveway then drive up the sidewalk). That way that corner compresses and you'll be able to look at your tire and fenders to see if there's rubbing.

It's funnny because you have you car jacked up and we are talking about lowering it. A more helpful pic would have been a full side shot with the car off the jack so we can see how much room you have for the said "drop". I also wouldn't recommend cutting the spring. You'll be bouncing like crazy.

A 2" drop front and rear? That doesn't sound good. The front needs to be lowered more relative to the rear, for 2" in front something around 1" in the rear. That picture didn't really show much, gotta show how the wheel fits relative to the fenders, something like this.
