anyone in california (orange county , Los angeles) can help me out installing my progress spring? willing to pay or anyone knows a shop?

I'd help you, but schedule's been pretty hectic for me.

You're in Cerritos, right? Check with this shop --> actionautocypress.com
Before I did my own spring install, this is one of the places a couple of guys recommended. Been there a couple of times, just to check things out -- havent gotten anything from them, but they seem pretty cool. Not sure how much they'd charge, but giv'em a call.

Thanks for the info bro but they quoted 400bucks..its way overpriced. If u help me out installing im willin to pay u bro lmk thanks

$400? LOL dude drive down to SD and my mechanic can do it for $200 ($50/side).

I'm willing to help you man, I've done it to my car myself. All I ask is that you rent the spring compression tool from AutoZone. It's $55 to rent and once you take it back you get your full money back. Let me know.

I live in East LA and did it at home.
