Default Some Noise!!! Please Help!

Hi, so yesterday i was going on a bump with my front left wheel going on first, then i hear a little pop but keep on goingg... Now evrytime time i turn my wheel on one spot it makes this clicky noise, looks like its coming from the same front left wheel.. The spring looks like it didnt move.. Please help! Someone told me it might go away.. I cannot hear the noise while driving tho, only turning my wheel either whn im going very slow or standing.I just got my teins s techs put on abt 5 days ago btw. . Did not cut the bump stops. Pleasee helppp asap!
