Default Rear Rotors?

Hey I've been meaning to change out the rear rotors for a bit, every time I brake when I'm doing 30ish+ mph I get a faint howling squeak from the rear brakes. I don't know if its the pads or rotors, but I guess I'll just change both. Do you guys have any recommendations for any decent aftermarket rotors/pads? Ceramic or not? Should I get slotted and cross drilled rotors? I've just been browsing eBay for options.

Also I noticed there was a DIY brake pad replacement thread, wondering if anyone is upto maybe making a DIY for brake rotor replacement? I'd really, along with probably many others, appreciate that.

The funny thing about that is if you follow the DIY for changing your brakes, there are only TWO more bolts to change the rotors. You can't miss them, they hold the bracket that holds the brakes and calipers in place. They're face inside just like the ones for the calipers.

I went with the Alien Rotors and Brake group deal, cross drilled and slotted. I don't have any complaints about them. Oh, and remember when changing your rear rotors to disengage the emergency brakes or the rotor will never come off.
