Default Not able to open the nut connecting bar

I got stuck, need any help. The nut connecting connecting rod and strut is under pressure and tilted. I was replacing the strut. Looks like due to the spring pressure the strut is pushing down and pushing the bolt and giving too much pressure. What to do, should I put the jack under rotor, if so where?
