Default Loud "Hissing" Noise When I Turn The Car On?

Hey guys, so about 2-3 months ago I changed my springs/struts/shocks, when I changed them my mechanic said I needed to change something on the front ride side of my car (suspension component) don't remember the name though. Well about a week ago when I turned the car on it started making a "hissing" noise, kind of sounds like when your letting out air of a hose slowly, and it gets louder and louder, its only from the right front side and only happens between when I turn my car on and after about 1 mile of driving it stops, or maybe I just can't hear it later because of my exhaust, and the weird thing is when I turn my wheel so the left back side of my tire sticks out, my car vibrates and makes an unusual noise kind of sounds like a dry belt rubbing against metal(that's the best way I can describe it), but before taking it to my mechanic to fix I want to know what the problem is and see how much I can fix it for. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Did you check to make sure that your fender liner on that side hasn't come apart? Other than that, can you put up a vid of the sound?

Yeah I checked, I'm pretty sure it's a suspension component, I'll try to get a vid up when I get back home from school

Suspension components...

Inner/Outer Tie Rods
Sway Bar End Links
Ball Joints
Upper Strut Mounts
....
Maybe wheel bearings?
