Default Front Rotors

I'm upgrading my brakes and bought drilled and slotted rotors all the way around. I installed the rears no problems now the front. I removed the caliper and can't get the rotor off! I've done brakes on different cars before but I'm stumped. Any one know what to try? please help driven around on drilled and slotted and ceramic pads on the rear only.

I assume you got the brackets completely off ? I belive there are 19mm in the back that holds the bracket and caliper, move to aside or tie wrap it or use a bungle cord to hang it up by the spring.

use ONLY a RUBBER MALLET , impact rubber mallat and give it a hit ,

the rotor is probally frozen up , a good hit will knock it free

If he's replacing the rotors anyway...whack them with a hammer. I use a handheld sledge. If you are keeping the rotors...rubber mallet only.

Mine did the same things. Sometimes violence is the answer. Grab a hammer and take out some frustration.
