Default Coilovers and Struts Question

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I dont know anything about coilovers and from the pictures it looks like they have a built in strut.. so if I get coilovers, do i not have to worry about my current struts going bad?

thanks
mike

Mike, you wont use your current struts if you get coilovers. The coilover system is a strut and spring combination and come pre assembled and ready to install. In some cases, you will find that the fronts will come presaasmbled and the rears arnt ( i think one of the set ups offered by tein is like that)

Others will chime in but No...you wount have to use your stockers.

the rears are seperate, so the springs dont mount on the strut. These are a one piece setup, so it comes with everything you need, just swap your struts/springs out, drop these in, good to go.
