Default Coilover Knocking Sounds!

As some of u knew my driver side bc coilover was seized, but then I have spray wd40, PB bluster, n hitting with rubber hammer it barley move while hitting with rubber hammer. The reason I was doing this is to reset the pre-load then on my passenger side I did not do it bec spring was tight. Secondly, 3 days later is started making knocking noise while turning left/right. I asked my buddy he said is common they'll make knocking sounds when they get old?? I don't see oil anywhere. Is my coilover blown? Oh my damper nut is tight.

When you're lowered on coilovers, you will always hear knocking sounds when turning left or right. That'd because the car is lowered more than springs and it's putting more pressure on suspension components than usual.
