Default Brake Grease For Caliper Pins

What kind of grease are we supposed to use on the caliper pins? Recently I had to replace the sleeves that slide on the bottom of the caliper pin. The rubber was swelled up to the point where I had to use channel locks to pull them out. So I bought some new rubber sleeves and a week later when I went to inspect the brakes, the pins were seized up again. I look at the rubber and they were swollen again.

I previously was using that blueish ceramic grease that comes in those little packets that they sell at Advance Auto. Then I switched to Mobil 1 synthetic grease thinking that might be better. It wasn't.
