Default Takeda Intake

Alright, so I bought the Takeda about 7 months ago, and had it installed about 4 months ago. Shayne installed it for me.
But, after just 4 months, the intake bracket completely broke off on both sides, and on the side connected to the intake it completely snapped off a piece of my Takeda!
Not only do I have a hole in my intake now, but the rubber connecting the short-ram pipe to the cold-air extension is torn.
I love this intake but this is ridiculous!
So I need help, does anyone know what the warranty is on this? And can anyone link me to Takeda's customer service because I can't find them anywhere on google. Thank you.

Improperly installed!!! I have 2 years with mine. It was probably over-tightened. As time goes... and the car rocks... it weakens the metal which is why it breaks.

Correct, improperly installed, put too much stress. All brackets should be loose while getting it in place, last thing you do is tighten all the brackets.

Well the rubber connection is my fault, I definitely over tightened that because it was slipping often.
Any insight on warranty info Eddy?

Yeap. Its just there to keep the intake from flying off when you hit bumps etc....

But it should not be tightened to death. Otherwise it will cause stress and BREAK!!!

My Takeda moves around quite a bit when installed properly, I have the short ram version though. Good Luck.
