Its a converter related code. What year/mileage is your car and when did you hvae the timing chain tensioners fixed? Technically speaking it could be related..

Ok, well I asked mileage/year because maybe it was still under emissions warrenty, but thats 90k miles. The fact that it wasn't on before...came on, literally afterwards, leads me to believe it is related. Especially for the cost of them, I'd have them look into, because if they messed up the timing it could cause that to crap out.

i remember the guy at the dealership saying that it jumped timing so he hooked it up to the machine and said it was fixed, so if the timing jumped the pre-cats can go?

Damn sounds like they messed something up man, do you have another nissan dealership close by? You need another shop to look at it, bc sounds like they will just try and cover up any mistakes they made...

The problem is that if all the fuel in the combustion chamber was not being burn and could cause the converter to work alot harder to burn off. Example..I had done some work my truck, messed up the firing order(not realizing it), well it ran...shitty, well I look under the truck to see the converter bright orange. Granted this was extreme case, but the concept still the same. But there is alot that could cause the converters to go, best thing to do is get it dio'd

I thought the ABS needed to be cleaned ? didnt that resolve the issue ?

try pulling both side ABS sensor and swapping them over ( if you have time )

as for the code , all thats showing is the pre-cats

the only thing I can think of with the timming is the cam position sensor ,

You didnt say you/dealership jump timming...

I hope non of your valves are bent or making noises, I think you should take it back to the dealership

nismo, i cleaned all 4 abs sensors and it did it once today, i think i have to take the hub out and clean it real good, and if the engine jumped timing and the valves are bent what kind of noise it will make
