moved to Intake section....I loved my nismo, but I love my injen I have now as well....no matter what you go with, its going to do pretty much the same thing. But I do recommend going with something that is convertable to short-ram, just in case...such as Nismo, Takeda, Injen, or R2C(which is full time short ram)

ehhhi got nismo had it for about 2 yrs no problems whatsoever, only reason I got it was because of the bypass valve.

Do we have a "which intake is better" thread around? Anyone?

It's an ongoing debate. Some claim more power with Fujita or Injen. Those are definitely louder than the Nismo. A lot (including my self) prefer the Nismo for a theme or more than likely because of the water bypass valve. The construction of it easily allows you to make it into a short ram intake too.

Haven't had any problems with my Nismo, definitely glad I got it.

Which intake is better? No one intake is better than another intake. We have plenty information floating around the org about each intake. They all do the same thing so pick the intake that is best for you.

What color intake do you want? Black, Polished, chrome black?
Are you afraid of sucking up water? No = true cold air 1 peice intake. Yes = Bypass valve or something that can be converted to a short ram. Hell Yes = Go with a short ram.
Do you want it to be loud, quiet, or in between?
Quality Air Filter?
Some intakes claim to have a better filter to protect your engine of dirt and debris.

If you answer all of these questions we can point you in the right direction.

I've had my NISMO on for over a year now, and have no regrets. It's nice and quiet with just a hint of a growl when I get on it. I put a Fujita on my wife's Altima, and that thing screams like a banshee.

with every mod you do , intake or exhuast and differnt brands,

your always going to give up one thing for the other, or VS verse...

again any aftermarket intake system will help the motor breath easier,

the difference between CAI and WAI is more of a debate than the brand sometimes.

Default fujita vs. nismo intake

i have heard nothing but good news on the fujita intake and the nismo.
which one will give you more hp and which one sounds better.
also if you have picrures it would help me on making my decision on which one i wanna buy.

I got the jita. Its OK. I love the sound but it has some issues. First off, it can't convert to a short ram whic comes in handy when it rains (ask dstruc what happened to his max) and also the vibration mount on the jitas are garbage. After a month of it being installed in my car, the mount broke. Dstruc also has that same issue. That's why I regret getting the jita. I'm looking into an injen or nismo. But if your worried about sound then go with the nismo. If your looking for benifits then go with nismo or injen.
