If you only want the Nismo catback, then get the 07-08 Maxima Nismo and get it extended 2-3 inches. The catback will come with a resonator, b-pipe & mufflers. The price will be in the $500-600 range or so, so prepare yourself to pay up..

Another option is the ebay catback, which comes with the same pieces and runs about $200.

Rani,

Isn't the Altima catback the one he wants...then get it extended?

To the OP, you have to search, there are all kinds of exhaust threads, and many have sound clips too.

Yeah, it's the Altima one, hence the need for extending. I think we've just seen it as Altima/Maxima a lot. It is a little confusing.

OP, if you get a good deal on a Nismo, grab it. They are a little hard to find. Otherwise, that eBay cutback is the best option.

On the ebay catback exhaust, does it matter which one I go for? And is there a sound difference between the ebay one versus name brand ones
