So i won these on ebay the other day and had a few questions.. What will i need? What modifications will i need to do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Not sure what brand they are.. OH and my car is a 2005 maxima auto Aftermarket Headers For 05 06 Nissan Altima 3.5L LKQ | eBay

wow great find first off , looks like the weld the EGR tube onto the header.
I would suggest getting OEM manifold gasket and as well as exhaust gasket. if your o2's are fine, I would suggest you use the ones off your car now , make sure to use anti-seize paste on the threads. hopefully these bolt up with your oem Y pipe |

they look just like mine, when they arrive check and see if it has a megan tag on the two middle pipes.. im gonna say 95% sure thats what they are....

Is there a y pipe that i can get that will be a direct bolt on? Or do i have to modify the oem y pipe?

Racingline has a y-pipe that's a direct fit. I believe Cattman does as well but I think I remember something about the company going out if business or that one item being discontinued.

So the racing line y pipe will fit??? For sure? Becuase if there made to bolt up to the oem header how would that work?

The OEM exhaust manifolds stretch all the way down to the lower frame area. The bolts at the end connect to the OEM y-pipe. Aftermarket y-pipes essentially have the same shape, so it's a direct fit. I believe some members had minor fitment issues that required some extra elbow grease, but nothing major from what I recall.

Soooo when these headers are installed what is gonna be the issue? Will i have to have the y pipe extended up to these headers i got?
