Default Gas Mileage

whats up i just got my maxima and when i would drive i would get 26-27 mpg no problem...now i had a aftermarket double din installed by pros and now my max is only getting 24 25 MAX!!!..go figure i mean i know the radio is not heavy but does anybody know how to fix this issue cause it does make this big difference...is it time for a tune up?....also when the car is just sitting there idling the mpg drops slowly

Mpg dropping at idle is normal think about it.
Also don't trust the computer, fill up and reset your trip miles, next fill up divide the miles you put on by how many gallons you just put in. That's your avg mpg.

okay maybe the computer is going out or something thanks tho ......and 15-16 in the city aint bad all my miles are highway miles also would you guys recommend putting a air filter on this car???

There should already be an air filter.. From experience I recommend just throwing in a k&n filter, no need for cold air intake or anything. Unless you want more noise.
