Default Anyone Receive Less MPG's After Nismo CAI?

Recently installed my nismo CAI and have dropped from 22.4 to 20.4 mpgs based on the indash display.

any ideas why?

Forget the display. Measure it the old fashion way to see where you're at. The reason I say this isi think the display is crap. Look at your average speed on the display.When I was driving 150 miles a day probably 130 were freeway,but yet my average speed would always show 30 or less.

It's because it's taking 30sec data points whenever you're moving in drive, all the points have the same weight. I much prefer to do the math when filling up. I really only use the display to check hwy MPGs, resetting it of course.

Default Worse MPG After Nismo CAI

I just recently installed a nismo cai and my mpg's have gone from 23 to 19.5 based on the my display.

I know im getting my hp's but i also thought i may get more mpg's also. Does this sound normal? Anyone else have a similar experience?

My mpg went up after installing any of the intakes i have had. When normal driving.

At first glance I thought you said "I drive 150 mi to work at a 130 MPH and get 30mpg"
