I have the cattman headers, I believe they come with the O2 sensor bung already built-in, meaning all you gotta do is use the OEM O2 sensor and plug it in...keep in mind you'll throw a CEL with these headers so you might wanna get an O2 simulator to clear that code. Now your Greddy catback exhaust shouldn't give you any probs, it's a direct bolt-on, if you'vedone or have experience doing exhaust systems...otherwise you might be better off having a professional install it for you since there's always the chance of the OEM bolts breaking due to corrosion.

^ my bad, I misunderstood your question. Just read the catback info I wrote above, let's just leave the headers info as reference for anybody that might find it useful

Thanks. That's exactly what I needed to know. I have a friend with a carlift and i have a nice blue wrench(torch) for any aggravating bolts. Muffler shop is right up the road just in case. Lol how tough were the headers to install?

^ I didn't install them myself, had them installed by a friend who owns a shop. It's a more or less 6 to 7 hour job
