Ac noise is probably a bad ac belt or ac compressor.
Engine noise is probably a belt as well.

Check all your belts to see if they're tightened properly, if you don't know how to do it take it to a mechanic, they charged me $60 to tighten ALL my belts, if they're bad replace them it still shouldn't cost much at all

could be a timing chain that's only rearing it's head when it under load. For example: When the AC is on. @BurntOrangeAppeal ?? Ever had one start out like that? Before it progressively gets worse

No, I can't saying have Chris. Timing chains most of the time are constant but really pronounced with RPM increase/ engine temp related.

The fact it goes away when AC is turned off sound like either a compressor clutch or compressor shaft bearing issue. Sometimes a serpentine belt tensioner bearing if the tensioner was overtightened (rare).....but this would also be more of a constant noise....increasing with RPM.

If the noise is a squeal like noise then its the belts slipping under AC load.
