I couldn't hear anything out of the ordinary there, but the vid was very slow to load. I'll give another listen when I get back on my desktop.

The only time I ever had any noise from a throwout bearing is when there was NO pressure on the clutch pedal...as soon as I touched the clutch pedal the throwout bearing rattle would stop. I know on my 07, there is a solenoid that "chirps" intermittently...sounds like a bird is trapped under the hood!
