Default Valve Body Solenoids

Anyone know how to test the valve body solenoids? Mainly the TCC and the Overrun Clutch Solenoid. For the RE4F04B/4 Speed Tranny. I did the battery voltage test on the Shift Solenoid A&B and the Line Pressure Solenoid and heard the clicking. I have 2 sets of solenoids I want to test before I drop $300+ on a new set.

Burned up all the Clutches and plates in the high clutch and warped the reverse clutch. I had to use compressed air to test the solenoids

Shake test imo. When you shake them they should slide freely.
