For some reason I can't locate that specific code. Can you double check?

From the sounds of what you wrote... its seems like your tranny is on its way out bro. Before anything... do you have a warranty? If not I would recommend you get one because those 5SPD Automatic Transmissions are very very expensive and that's not including labor.

Take a look at the Tranny Fluid..... What color is it?? The fluid might be really bad which could have caused it to turn very thick and slushy. If anything you can start by doing a drain and refill and see if that helps. At least that's what I would do.

Drain and fill can't hurt.
Are you coming to a complete stop for a couple seconds, then putting it in drive, waiting a second, then pressing the gas? Or are you throwing it in drive while your car is still drifting backwards....

I used to let it drift a little backwards and then put i tin drive, but even when a keep my foot on the brake and put it in drive it still gives a little push after a the delay.. ima have to double check on the code. Ill try the drain & fill, but i dont think the fluid would trigger a code would it?

Doing that will make things worse.

I had the same prob on my 05 SL 5AT, fluid was burnt, mounts were shot, and it was slipping from 2nd to 3rd, and the delayed shifting. The cheapest place for a rebuild was $1750 with 1 year warranty on tranny. Not including mounts. I was like fuck it time for a new car, I got an 07 SL 1AT lol

try to sell it on your own if the tranny is shifting fine. Otherwise you'd take a loss on the trade in
