Default Transmission/CVT question

Anybody know what it would cost to repair/replace a CVT that goes out. I'm just wondering in case I get a max and it goes out in the near future. .

120,000 mile warranty, FYI.

Almost never hear of issues anyway.

Yes, adhere to the CVT maintenance schedule and you should be fine.

aslong as the previous owner has been maintaining the car right everything should fine you could also have the dealer do a 100point inspection just to be on the safe side.

From what I have been hearing CVT can not be rebuilt(HMMM). Anyway I still need to do more research but depending im guessing 3,000 to 6,000 for a reman, refurb or new. As others have advised keep on the scheduled maint. and you should be fine.
