Nismo CAI probably will not affect warranty...Catback exhaust either since it is not a part thats cover on the warranty anyways...

The CAI i dont see an issue, I dont see the exhaust being a problem however, stealerships being what they are, if you can take it out and put back on the stock one easily do it. Never hurts

I wouldnt be surprised if they tried to go there to blame those items but hold your ground. I believe the law is on your side and the burden of proving those items cause the issue is their problem.

You should be good. If you're under warranty its good to go to the dealer, if not, be prepared to come of some $$$$ for the tensioner job.

Let's be honest, they can say all that stuff is the problem. Dealers suck!!! If they blame that stuff what are you going to do? Hire an attorney to fight them? They have money and they will drag it out for a long time. In the mean time what happens to your car? It's a crappy situation but they pretty much hold all the cards.

Good luck hopefully all goes well for you.
