Default Stuttering Before Downshift

Ok lately I have noticed a slight stutter when I am driving up an incline. The car kinda jerks a bit right before It downshifts then it drives fine. I've had a similar problem on my silverado and it turned out I was mis firing real bad. Sorry for the bad explanation
