Did it smell at all? Did any water get on the engine to cause steam?

Yea, I'd get it there and see if anything is melted. Electronics have a pretty distinct smell when something fries. Get underneath the car too.

Check your exhaust pipes for any oil or other substance that might have dripped on them.

I bet its your motor mount. I had this happen to me. One day I was driving,I stopped at a red light and noticed some smoke. Didnt think to much of it,went home and everything looked OK. Took it to the dealer, broken mount. They actually have some kind of liquid in them.

Im not sure which one of mine broke. From what I understand if you used stock ones, they are kind of weak. Just have them checked out.

Could be road debris to residuals from the underwash you gave. Have it thoroughly checked. Keep us posted.

I do have a power steering leak from my high pressure line and I think that's what might have been causing the smoke since it came from that area.might have made contact with the exhaust or y pipe.I just hope its nothing seriously bad

If you have the rotten egg smell, then that is your pre-cats, like Cory said.
