Default Shaking At Idle

So as the title says my car shakes at idle. But goes away once accelerating. I've read that it needs a tune up but where should I start? I changed the spark plugs a few months ago and had an oil change done a few weeks ago.

Is it a constant shaking or does it sort of oscillate like a cylinder misfire, etc?

It's not constant, it'll go away after a few seconds and then it comes back after a minute or 2.

a full tune up should do the trick. if you already did the spark plugs, move onto performing a seafoam treatment. that usually makes the idle smoother and using the wrong octane can also cause vibration btw.

Ok I'll try that, what do I need again to do that? And I've been using premium ever since I got the car. But I drove to houston Wednesday night and I drove back Sunday morning. Could a long trip have done something?

Did you disconnect your throttle body when you change your spark plugs and removed your upper intake? If you answer yes, search idle air reset and throttle position reset.

There's a video that an old member did on how to do the Seafoam treatment. CHERNmax posted it up. It's a pretty good tutorial.

Yeah I did all of that. The rpms don't go up or down when it starts shaking either.

I did the seafoam and it didn't work but while I was under the hood I noticed the radiator fan was the one shaking. I checked it and one of the blades was missing idk what happened to it but I'm guessing that's why it shakes. I bought one off eBay for 25 and ill see if it fixes the problem.
