Default Rear Valve Gasket Oil Leak

I have an oil leak and my dad believes it coming from the rear valve cover.

My question is, while I’m back their is there anything else you guys would recommend to change? I need to know a list of parts so i can buy it one time.

Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing spark plugs but not totally sure what else would be of benefit.
