Default Oxygen sensor wiring

I'm going to keep this short and to the point. A while back, I ended up melting both connectors from my downstream o2 sensors. Ever since then, I've struggled trying to identify the wiring so I can solder them back to new 4 wire connectors I have. This picture is the closest I can find on the internet, but I can't tell exactly which wires are which. If someone can take a good picture, just like the one I attached, that shows which wires on the harness correspond to the sensor wires, I'd be more than grateful.

On the front downstream sensor (pre-connector) I have
red yellow

orange green
green

On the rear downstream I have
red yellow
pink black
yellow
blue
