Default Oil Leaking = Tuneup And Other Mods/Repairs

I got oil leaking from what I believe is the rear valve cover gasket, so I know im removing my intake manifold to do so but while im there im going to do plugs, coil packs and I would like to do the intake spacers at the same time. My questions is

1 - what plugs you guys recommend
2 - whats the part # for coil packs or anyone have a link to cheapest OEM?
3 - link to buy the intake spacers?

Also, got that rotten egg smell, real vague though, what you guys think about just removing the precats and punching out the insides?

4 - what would you guys think pros and cons for punching out stock precats/HFPC/headers?

thanks for all your guys help, much appreciated...

I would go at least OEM on the plugs, probably won't be cheap but worth it because of the difficulty in reaching the back 3 so you don't have to worry about it for awhile. I got NGK double platinum from autozone for about $80 for the set.

Here's where I found the spacers
