Default Need Help! Radiator for 5th Gen Maxima

Hello guys, Yesturday i bought a new radiator and when they gave it to me, it has the two plugs in the bottom for the transmission hoses for the 03 Maxima. what i wanted to know is if i can use those plugs on the radiator to connect hoses and use it as a Tranny Cooler instead for My 04 Maxima??
Please Help me out going to swap Radiator tmw..Thanks my fellow 6th gen members

im confused,they gave you the wrong part ?

or are you just trying to use the 5th gen rad because of price difference ?

No i went to a whole sale place here in florida, and they told me that they are both the same. that it doesnt matter about the two plugs in the bottom. that nuthing will happen. and that i can take it off or seal it..but it got me thinking about using it as a cooler for the tranny.

I just Spoke to the People From Radiator.com and they told me that i can use that is what its made for but its up to me to do it. so idk any suggestions?

if I remember correctly the 04 has an internal cooler, if you want to add a tranny cooler, then purchase one from your local parts store.

you can pick up the rubber plugs to plugged those lines.

Where in FL are you ? sounds like something Miami shops would do ( ya it fits dont worry you BUY ! )
