Did you use OEM coils? new plugs shouldn't cause the misfire unless the are gapped wrong or not installed to torque specifications.

I would start with coils, if they are good, try some fuel injector cleaner, if that doesn't clear it up then i think you have to clean or replace injectors.

Any possibility of water being in the gas....could cause some stuttering maybe misfiring too.

Good Luck

I changed all the plugs and coils and the egr valve and still the same issue I'm thinking it's the injectors cuz some other code came up about fuel pressure switch I'm gonna have the codes ran again tomo and have the exact codes it's throwing

Well, I would do two things to try and narrow it down.

(1) turn on the car, pop the hood, and go through each of the coil packs on the front. Unplug them at a time to see if there is any change in engine. Do the same of the injectors. That way you'll know if it has anything to do with those plugs/packs/injectors - AKA fuel and fire. Rear bank is going to be a PITA, for the obvious reasons.

(2) with the car running, fill an old Windex bottle with warm tap water and spray every vacuum hose you see. You're looking for a vacuum leak. You'll know when you hit it because the engine will skip/surge.

Also, did you torque everything to spec, as per the FSM? And did you use a proper torque bar?
