Default Multi Cylinder Misfire Recurring Code

Ok so I have an 08 SE Maxima and I got a P0300 multi random cylinder misfire code today. I got the same code last week and took it into the shop to get it fixed. We changed the spark plugs, got a tune up, and did a fuel system cleaning and that fixed the misfires. Today, I got on the highway and after about 20 minutes of 75 MPH driving, I felt the cylinders misfire again and I got another P0300 code. After I turned around and came home, I didnt get any more misfires on the way back. I went to the dealership and they told me it could be my coil packs or injectors going out and another shop told me it could be my MAF or O2 sensors. Can anyone help me?

Excact same issue last summer. Car gave a P0300, did all plugs and coils. Car ran fine until I took a long drive a week later. Another 0300 smh. So I did all 02 sensors, catalyt converters and injectors .. that solved it
