Default gas consumption

Hi! everyone, I have a 2004 maxima, I have a really big problem, my gas consumption is very high like 25.5L/100Km and whatever happened, when I check on Econ button I see the avg consumption still goes up. The car is on park the gas avg consumption still goes up. exemple, i reset the avg, he start has 9.9L/100Km, but after 30 minutes i see 28.9L/100Km. Another exemple, when I wait for green light, he goes up by 0.3 every 20, 30 second. I check another 2004 maxima, the econ consumption stuck 13.3L/100Km on park and my econ consumption show 25L, 19L , 30L .../100KM and still goes up.

Can you help me, please.

I would recommend having your A/F sensors diagnosed. It could also be an intake leak or MAF sensor inputting extra air(sensory) and ECM adding fuel by increasing fuel trim....and lowering your economy.
This is where I would start.
There is no easy point and click solution to this. You need a higher end scan tool in order to look at live Data streams.

This means schedule an appointment at your local dealership and pay the $100 diagnostic fee and they should be able to tell you if anything is out of whack.
