Default Connecting Rod Bearings Torque Spec?

I would like to know how much lbs of torque do i need to tighten the connecting rods to the crank shaft

Connecting rods:

Step1. 25.5-31.4Nm (18.8-23.1 ft.lbs)
Step2. 90-95 degrees clockwise
