Default Codes P1614 & P0507

Hey guys

Picked up my car from the shop yesterday after being fixed... Now it threw 2 codes:

1) P0507
Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

2) P1614
NATS (Nissan Anti-Theft System) Malfunction

The car does idle just above 1 (on RPM gauge). Normally it's just above half... so I know it something they didn't plug right or needs adjusting.

I reset the code with my OBD II reader at home... but not sure what it could be.

Any help?

Thanks in advance

What did the shop you took it to do to the car ?

I would go over all the vaccum lines, make sure everything is plugged in and none of the lines are torn or cracked, make sure intake pipe is on securely, maf is plugged in. If that doesn't help then do the idle relearn and that should fix. If all fails then you are most likely looking at a faulty idle control valve which would require you to replace the isc or w.e their called on these cars.

It wasn't a vacuum leak. It was carbon buildup in the intake manifold over time. I'm not sure how that would happen since I only use Supreme gas 91 octane chevron, or Shell vpower gas.

The dealer cleaned out the manifold and my injectors at the same time to make sure there's nothing there and had to reset my idle. Now, it's back to 500-600 rpm as normal and silent as a whistle.

So now my car has,

- New Cats (front and rear)
- New exhaust manifolds + gaskets
- New y-pipe (racingline)
- New y-pipe brackets
- New motor mounts (all 3)
- Nismo front sway bar installed
- Cleaned injectors
- Cleaned intake mani

They must of moved ur throttle body plate n now u need a new one. NATS code is for ur keys. Did the car have a hard start?? U can erase the NATS code but for the throotle body, u may need a new one. If it takes the idle relearn ur ok, if not, u need a throttle body. If it wasnt there when u dropped it off but was afterwards, u kno whos fault it is. U can clear a code n it usually comes back within 40 miles if the problem isnt corrected. DEALER FTMFL!!!
