Default Clicking/Ticking Noise

Hi there I have a 2008 Maxima with 44k miles on it, i noticed this weird fast clicking whining noise come from what I think is the passenger side of the engine, If the car is in Drive and I hit the gas and it goes to exactly 1250 RPM it makes that weird noise but when I hit the gas and it goes to 1500 RPM and up it goes away, When the car is on but parked it doesn't make that noise, only at 1250 rpm and if I keep the pedal down at exactly 1250 rpm it does it the whole time but only when driving, not parked. Ant ideas????????????
yes have checked the exhaust bracket one was broken had a new one put on..
also went to dealers they said its my fuel injectors and recommend me a fuel injector service and done it but the noise is still there..

AGAIN ONLY AT 1250 RPM AND IF I HIT THE GAS MORE IT GOES AWAY..what is could be(FUEL INJECTORS, VALVE, HEAD NEEDS TO REPLACED, ??)

its not loud only hear is when i driving by a object such as walls, curbs etc with my windows down no ac on or radio on..

what you guys think?

No leaking drain plug is good i checked it all under the car for anything loose but its in good shape..as far as the oil level its at full should i still add little more but the thing if its the oil level then it should also do it on idle also?

It would do it if its cold but once it warms up it wouldnt do it so much at idle but around that RPM range ur saying. Add half a qrt n see what happens.

It wont hurt, a car can hold an extra quart. So the noise doesnt happen on the highway?

No smoke or burning. U have low miles on the car. Ur only adding half a quart n the level wont b high enough to where the crank will churn the oil. U wont have a problem.

Ok so i added half quart but the noise is still there ..so what im thinkin is it chould be a bad fuel injector. But how can i check for a bad fuel injector?
chz when the dealer did the fuel injector service it was gone but it came now after while..and it does alot if i put cheap gas in it.
