I just switched from returnless to return fuel rail on my 4thgen which has 04' Motor.

This is for a boosted (S/C'D) setup. I'll post more info. when I get a chance.

I have an AFPR, 255 Walbro and 440CC injectors.

we do this all the time, you drill out the ends on the 6th gen rail or Z rail.

weld up -6 fittings for return style.

the rail is acutally bigger, you wont know until you drill the ends,

then just do weld on -6 fittings , we have done turbo setups using the stock rails , which I normally preach.

Altho I got a set of fuel rails that were samples by a company , its free so what I can say ? otherwise I would just drilled , weld for the return
