yeah true dont they have other octanes too?
95-98 no?

Or you can get 100 and mix it with 93 to get something in between because 100 might be too much if you do not have proper tuning i guess

They have all the other octanes. I was told to mix half n half wit my regular 93 n the 100. I had a lot parts n my civic especially fuel system parts. Car ran incredible at the track. Mid to low 12's wit no internals n a 100 shot dry. Prelude (H22a) in a 95 Civic DX coupe.

Yeah its a 50/50 blend of 93 + 100 to have a good mixture of "Race Gas".

Usually the majority of the people who go for "Race Gas" have upgraded injectors, fuel pumps and proper tuning with adjusted (timing) etc...

You must have a mapped tune for running Race Gas. Its not something you just add to go faster. The tuning will help prevent running too rich or too lean which might cause a motor explosion.

The pros of Race Gas is that if you have a highly modified (Force Induction) car with a good tune... you will have a nice increase in Horse Power overall. The con is that you can blow up your motor with a cheap ass tune!! lol

Lol most of the time I found out by experimenting lightly on my own. Nothing to extreme. Just enough not to blow the motor. lol

but still a good idea to do like very small mixture with 93 so you get like 95 dont you think this is good for 75 and over shots tuned or not
Running 2 step colder plugs and like 94-96 octane ?

I mean for me those places aren't easily reachable. By the time I drive back home the race gas will be gone. lol

I ran colder plugs n higher cc injectors, nitrous too. It was great for track runs but hard start issues.
