Default Driver's Side Mirror

I went out yesterday and someone stole my driver's side mirror... WTH?!?! The weird thing about it is they only took the mirror (glass) itself. How the hell do you just pull off the mirror from the assembly?
Does anyone know how?
Is it a simple fix?

Thanks... HNL2LAX

The glass itself is removable...it just pops out. You'll probably have to order new glass through the stealership. I don't know if you can get glass only from an auto parts store.

PM, Mr. Dolla he may be able to get you that glass at a far more reasonable price than the dealer.

They're fairly durable/flexable. I took mine out a few different times when I did my LED puddle lights. Just need to make sure its snapped in completely before you let go of it. I almost learned that the hard way.
