The K&N 63 Series Air Charger Intake Kits are the sister product of the 57 Series FIPK Intake Kits. K&N Air intake kits are guaranteed by K&N to provide more horsepower and increased acceleration. They are engineered to be vehicle specific to ensure a smooth installation thus are easy to install and can be done in 90 minutes or less. These intakes are manufactured to utilize the factory mounting points of the stock filter and intake system. Their filters are made of top quality materials. K&N indicated that their filters lasts up to 100,000 miles before a service is required (dependent on driving conditions) and their air filters are washable and reusable. K&N also offers a Million Mile Limited Warranty on their products.

The K&N 63 Series kits are made of the largest conical shaped High-Flow air filters and are isolated from the engine compartment to reduce intake air temperature. The tubing of these intakes are made of a high density polyethylene material and are non-metallic rotationally molded tubes that reduce air temperature and decrease intake sound as compared to a metal tube. This type of material also allows K&N to add precision to their shaping and indentations to accelerate air flow to the engine. This is why K&N is often times considered the industry standard for performance filters and intakes.

Most K&N 63 Series Air Charger Kits have not been registered for CARB exempt. If you need an intake kit with CARB exempt status, K&N has the 57 series FIPK intake kits available for most cars.
