04-06: Cattman Y-Pipe (Needs Orders) - my6thgen.org

I just spoke with Brian Catts of Cattman Performance and I'm posting this on his behalf. I just installed the Cattman headers and wanted to order a new y-pipe after seeing my crappy OEM one. He will do a batch if he gets 10 orders. His info and the y-pipe info are below. Once he has 10 orders and he starts the batch, he said 4-5 weeks for development. You must call him and place an order in order for him to start a batch; names on a list in the forum are only names on a list; he needs you to call and order. I know NiZMo1o1 posted the same thing in February but there are still not enough orders.

He also wanted me to mention that Casper Electronics have made O2 sensor extensions, like $25, so no more cutting and soldering wires. But you will have to ask him the details on those...

Off to install my new Progress 25mm rear sway bar I ordered from Cattman...Holla

1. 6th gen y-pipe (no cat), all transmission versions, $380

2. 6th gen y-pipe with 300 cell all-metal substrate catalytic convertor, all transmission versions, $580 (with two O2 ports for relocating secondary O2 sensors)

Installation kit included. Shipping is not included.

No, you just send them an message, no need to delete it yet, they may close the thread until it's approved. No problem, you're new here, they just have some rules that they have about group buys or things of that nature. I tagged them in the post so they could view it.

You're good to go. Consider it a feeler thread to test the waters. Check how many people are interested prior to making any commitments with Cattman.

ill be able to place a order the 27th sucks i get paid bi weekly i need new headers and y pipe and will the headers have the egr hook for the front?

Cattman headers do come with the EGR port and one port each for the Air/Fuel O2 sensors.. You can order the Ypipe with a Cat and two ports for the two Heated O2 sensors that were behind the cats on the stock exhaust manifolds. You can just extend those sensors behind the cat on the Cattman Ypipe so you won't throw a CEL.. I'm having two bungs put in behind the stock ypipe so I can extend the two heated O2 sensors and test that theory before my Cattman ypipe comes in. I'll let you know if I don't throw a CEL...

or are they by order???? I want headers... Or am I confused??

I ordered my headers in June and he said they were the last ones. He needs enough orders to make a batch of headers, just like ypipes. I know he has orders for ypipes but I don't know if he does for headers. Just got to spread the word so people call him and place an order...

Im interested in this... so do you know how many orders he needs?? Price you oaid and it willvbe emissions passable?? did u get cel code With headers??

Yeah he needs 10 orders to start a batch; don't know how many ypipe orders he has now... headers were like $640... more info above on the first post for the ypipes... don't know about the emissions... I did get CELs when I installed the headers but I haven't relocated my heated O2 sensors yet behind the ypipe cat... once I do that, they should go away.. i hope
