Default Catalytic Converter Question

I am replacing my bank 1 and bank 2 cats and I have some questions.

-I own a 2004 SL with 4 speed transmission
-I know about racingline, cattman, obx etc. and trying to avoid that route

I have been searching the web and I'm having a hard time finding a matching set of aftermarket bank 1 and bank 2 cats for my car. It seems that most websites carry the bank 1 cat that I need but only carry the 5 speed bank 2 cat. I would like to know if there is a difference among the 4 speed and 5 speed bank 2 precat. Would I be able to use a 5 speed cat on my 4 speed? Please help

the 4 speed has a slightly longer elbow and an oxygen sensor fitting while the 5 speed is shorter and no o2 sensor spot.

Thank you.

Is there anybody out there with a 4 speed that has changed the precats to aftermarket? Which brand did you choose? I just want to make sure I choose the right precats as I know the cats are known to be problematic for these cars.

Thanks O.G.

What made you go with the racingline precats? Did your cats fail?

What made me go with the RL Pre-Cats where they as a set were cheaper than getting factory OEM ones.. Plus the RL Pre-Cats are 10lbs lighter and twice as much better air flow.. My OEM pre-cats did fail on me.. I made a YouTube vid here you go..

Any one knows someone who take off cats, break/smash/pour out everything is inside and put on? I thing that there will be no problem after with oxygen sensor or any differnet ecu errors. In europe i have problem to buy converters and only i have only 3 solutions:
1. take off and smash inside and put on
2. do custom
3. buy eg. Racingline from US and pay whole month's paycheck for it
